A special dessert, of course, can make a memorable meal. This time we present the Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Indeed, in a large pastry shop or restaurant dessert is widely available, not hurt you to try at home. For the container can be placed on a baking sheet or in a cocktail glass.

1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add the cheese gradually while beat until smooth and blended.
3. Place the brandy and coffee in a bowl. Dip the dry sponge in the solution until slightly damp coffee.
4. Prepare 4 glasses of cocktail. Place the biscuits and cheese dough alternately until the glass is full.
5. Sprinkle each surface with cocoa powder. Store in refrigerator until hardened.Moka Cream:
